Refunds and Returns Policy

At Lumea Essence LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your K-beauty purchase. If something isn’t right, we are here to help.

1. Return Policy Summary

2. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or Used Cosmetics: Any product that has been opened or used is ineligible for return (except for cases of adverse reactions or defects listed in the table above).

  • Final Sale Items: Products purchased during clearance, liquidations, or marked as “non-returnable.”

  • Customer Misuse: Products damaged due to improper use, inadequate storage, or modification by the customer.

  • Destroyed Packaging: Items where the original packaging has been removed or destroyed by the customer without a prior defect.

  • Custom Orders: Personalized orders or special products requested expressly by the customer.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or report a problem, please email us at sales@lumea-essence.com with:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Clear photos of the product and the shipping label.

  3. A brief description of the issue.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment via Stripe within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

5. Shipping Costs

  • Our Error/Damaged Items: If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, Lumea Essence LLC will provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • Change of Mind: For “Buyer’s Remorse” returns, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Adverse Reactions

If you experience an allergic reaction, please stop using the product immediately and contact us within 15 days. We evaluate these situations individually to provide store credit or a refund.
