1. Business Identification

Lumea Essence LLC is a legally constituted company under the laws of the State of Florida, USA. We are an official distributor of Korean beauty (K-beauty) products for the United States and international markets.

2. Products and Availability

  • Descriptions: We act as an authorized distributor of K-beauty brands (including Beauty of Joseon, Anua, COSRX, and others). We strive to provide accurate descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions.

  • Stock: Availability is shown in real-time. In the event of an inventory error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and offer an equivalent alternative or a full refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Changes: Lumea Essence reserves the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Currency: All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

  • Taxes: Prices include applicable sales tax for Florida residents where required. International buyers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees in their destination country.

  • Security: Payments are processed via Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified provider. Lumea Essence does not store your credit card data.

  • Errors: In case of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Provider: We ship primarily via USPS.

  • Estimated Delivery (Domestic): 5 – 8 business days (Continental USA).

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary (typically 12 – 21 business days) and are subject to customs clearance.

  • Responsibility: Lumea Essence is responsible for the order until it is delivered to the carrier. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or incorrect address information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on lumea-essence.com—including the Lumea Essence name, logos, designs, photographs, and text—is the exclusive property of Lumea Essence LLC or used under license. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. User Accounts

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

  • Lumea Essence reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

  • If you detect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at sales@lumea-essence.com.

7. Cosmetic Regulations (USA)

As a distributor in the United States, Lúmea Éssence complies with the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA) and FDA guidelines.

  • Products include English labeling as required by law.

  • In the event of an adverse reaction, please stop use immediately and report it to sales@lumea-essence.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumea Essence LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

  • Adverse reactions to cosmetics, unless caused by gross negligence on our part.

  • Damage caused by the improper use of products by the consumer. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the specific product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
